Construction Zone...

Work has started on the new chook house and yard. The last two days have been spent sorting out what timber I can recycle from in the shed and what needs to be disposed of. I had just enough chain link to fence one side and the old kennel has the makings of a very cosy little nook. Some weathered driftwood will make an outdoor perch to climb or scratch around and I made a ramp so they can get into their house easily. Next jobs are a door for the front of the house, a couple of perches inside, put the gate in place. Hopefully I will find some time tomorrow to get some more done.
