The difference just one day can make...jack-be-little plant showing the growth between yesterday and today. These grow into little palm sized pumpkins, deep bright orange in colour, ribbed and between 3-4 inches across, 2 inches high and 100-200gm in weight.

Roasted, stuffed and baked, in a hangi or in
a classic kiwi boil up...I am waiting in anticipation for their pretty fruits. They
can last up to a year if left to fully cure on the vine but I don’t know if I
will be able to resist sharing these little cuties!
